The Network is the first of its kind in New York City and consists of practitioners from the public, nonprofit and private sector that will focus on uniting existing work streams focused in advocacy, government, legal, lending, outreach and training for prospective and current homeowners. The Network is one piece of a three-prong strategy to address barriers to homeownership including resource access & connections, inventory and access to capital to create and preserve 5,000 BIPOC homeowners in the five boroughs of New York City. Led by Local Initiatives Support Corporation of New York (LISC NY), Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City (NHSNYC) and the Center for New York City Neighborhoods (CNYCN), this initial intake form is meant to put you in contact with the Collaborative and get you started in your homeownership journey.
