In order to be eligible, small businesses or non-profit organizations must be referred to this financing product by a partner entity. A partner entity is any entity besides LISC or the applicant itself that provides small business support, such as advising or capital.


The referral system is designed so the partner organization can help the small business or non-profit determine if they are ready to purchase commercial property. Please connect with a small business support organization you have worked with in the past to discuss commercial property and complete this referral for you.
