About the Program
LISC Virginia and Locus are partnering to bring the Housing
Developer Training Institute (HDTI) to communities across Southern Virginia! The HDTI offers
in-depth, hands-on training in single-family and small-scale multi-family
affordable housing development, tailored to both nonprofit and for-profit
developers. The Southern Virginia cohort will also specialize in rural development.
The HDTI is sponsored by Virginia Housing and is offered
through Freddie Mac’s Develop the Developer Academy.
