Our staff and consultants will work closely with you to gather information about your organization
and proposed project.
If your organization is selected to move forward in this grant process, you will be notified via email. Being selected to move forward in this process does not
guarantee a grant will be awarded. Additional documentation may be required in order for us to perform the due diligence required by the Grant Program’s funding source. As you respond to the questions in this form, and as additional documentation is requested, please feel free to consult with RICCELFF staff who will help you through the process and ensure that they have an accurate picture of your program and project.
If the due diligence
step is successfully completed, we will ask for your business's Form W-9 and banking
information so that we may reimburse your grant-funded expenses by ACH transfer to your designated account. If your W-9 and banking information do not match your application, you may be ineligible to receive grant funds.
