Application Letter

  • An introduction to your organization, the communities you serve and needs you address.
  • How you will use this funding to make a significant impact on your organization’s capacity and/or program outcomes, including key activities and how outcomes will be measured.
By submitting an application letter, you agree to engage in the grant process outlined below including providing the information necessary for Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Phoenix to execute a grant agreement and disburse funds and following the terms and conditions of the grant agreement from LISC.
