Thank you for your interest in participating in LISC’s Capacity Building Cohort, sponsored in part by JPMorganChase Foundation. This 24-month, intensive learning cohort will provide your organization with capacity assessments, one-on-one executive coaching, peer networking, and access to grants to implement capacity building initiatives. Please complete and submit the LOI (application) to share information about your organization and areas you are seeking additional support for, as well as download the Board and Financials Worksheet to be uploaded as part of this application. Applications are due by Friday, November 13, 2024.
The selection process is as follows:
Step 1 (optional): Join LISC and Dr. William Clark (project consultant and coach) for a virtual Open House on Friday, October 25th, from 9am to 11am. Details and registration here.
Step 2: Submit LOI (application) by Friday, November 8, 2024.
Step 3: Groups selected to advance will be invited to participate in an interview with LISC staff to discuss the cohort in more detail and learn more about organization’s interest in participating.
Step 4: Selected groups will be notified by Friday, November 22, 2024.
Step 5: Participating organizations will join for an initial, half-day orientation on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.
Step 6: Cohort launches in January!
