Note, you will be required to reserve a hotel room in your name at the Hyatt Regency Chicago. LISC will not reimburse for stays at other locations. The Hyatt Regency Chicago will require that you provide a deposit for incidental expenses, LISC will only pay for room fees and applicable taxes, LISC will not pay for incidental expenses).

I understand that:
To be reimbursed for ground transportation to and from airports and/or airport parking, I will have to provide documentation of expense
such as receipts for taxi or ride-sharing services or maps for P.O.V. routes.
Reimbursement for meals will be based on federal M&IE rates and policies and I will not be reimbursed for any meals provided at the conference. Federal travel rates and rules for the current fiscal year can be found here

In order to receive reimbursement, I will need to provide personal information, including a completed federal W-9 form and information for electronic funds transfer.
I will need to submit requests for reimbursement no later than May 10, 2024.
Reimbursement for travel costs will be provided to individual travelers, not to organizations.
