1. Application Instructions

Please complete the following application form. Only applications submitted here will be accepted. Applications are due by 5pm on July 31, 2024. The application form will close after the deadline. If you need to complete your application in more than one sitting, please save your application along the way. You will be emailed a link that you should use to resume your application. Please fully complete all required fields and submit attachments as directed in the application. 

*Supervisors: Please be prepared to submit a statement at the end of this application discussing how the applicant will benefit from, and what they would offer to the program, if selected to attend LISC's Housing Development Training Institute. Please also describe how the training relates to projects that the applicant is currently working on.
